The WISE Premise: WISE realizes that International Education is a global, vibrant, socially conscious, relevant, and critically important industry. It thrives in the national economies of many destination countries around the world. While historically Japan has been a source of international students for other countries, it could and should be a destination.
This is the WISE Initiative.
In 2023 the first steps will begin with the introduction of a school fashioned and intended to welcome the world to globally relevant learning opportunities.
New Opportunities in Learning
WISE offers globally relevant education in an environment offering exciting possibilities & opportunities in academics, applied sciences, sports, fine, & performing arts. Creativity, innovative thought, and action are encouraged and facilitated in context, through ideation, design, application, and validation. It is a center for conceiving & incubating relevant ideas for real-world application locally, regionally, & globally.
We offer what other do not: a base for deriving meaning from discoveries & observations taken from the community, region, & wider world. We are a basecamp for ideas, a lab for analysing everything, a center for investigation & understanding. What is learned is applied, and returned to the world in meaningful ways.
